These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the PromptPal mobile application (the “App”), operated by Shuib Abdillahi (“PromptPal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The Service

PromptPal is a gamified educational app that teaches AI prompt writing through interactive challenges, lessons, and quests across topics such as image generation, coding, and copywriting. The App uses artificial intelligence to evaluate your prompts and generate text and image outputs.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

3. Your Account

To use certain features, you must create an account through our authentication provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit prompts or content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to generate content that infringes the rights of others or violates any applicable law.
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the App or its underlying services.
• Use the App to develop competing products or to abuse, overload, or circumvent the AI services.

5. AI-Generated Content

The App sends your prompts to Google Gemini to evaluate them and to generate text and image outputs. Because this content is generated by artificial intelligence:

• Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unexpected and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
• You are responsible for the prompts you submit and for how you use any generated output.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of any AI-generated content.

6. Objectionable Content & Reporting

We do not tolerate objectionable content. We reserve the right to remove content and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. If you encounter content within the App that you believe is offensive or inappropriate, please report it to us at abdullahshuib124@gmail.com. We will review reports and act on objectionable content, which may include removing it and removing the user who provided it, within a reasonable time.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

The App may offer paid subscriptions, processed through RevenueCat and the Apple App Store, when enabled. Payments, renewals, and cancellations are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store’s terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, content, and software, is owned by PromptPal and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding. You retain ownership of the prompts you submit, subject to the licenses needed for us to operate the App.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any AI-generated output will meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptPal and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from within the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
